Job Description
Our client is based in Woodbridge and is looking to recruit a full time Customer Services/Operations Coordinator
Hours 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and one in every three Saturdays 9.00am – 2.00pm
Overview
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all customer service interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. As the company develops and grows this role has the potential to evolve and attract more responsibility and remuneration
Duties
– Manage the production and distribution of cards, liaising with contractors and suppliers
– Address customer service enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
– Collaborate with the COO and other staff to streamline and improve operational processes
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders and feedback to support continuous improvement
– Oversee quality control measures for card fulfilment, ensuring high standards are met consistently
– Monitor inventory of supplies needed for production and coordinate orders required
Skills
– Previous experience in customer service/operations
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary £30,000
