Lead Generator – Ocean Freight | Freight Forwarding

Join a leading freight forwarder with 25+ years of global experience and a strong in-house customs team. As part of their growing sales team, the Lead Generator will help drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and connecting with potential clients for Ocean Freight services.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and qualify leads using databases and marketing campaigns.
Initiate contact via calls, emails, and other channels.
Warm up leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts.
Maintain CRM records and refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience in Ocean Freight telesales/lead generation.
Ambitious, analytical, and persistent.
Strong communication and research skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
