Operations Coordination Support

Salary: £30,000

Our client, a well-established and highly respected recycling and waste management business, is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordination Support professional to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to develop a career within operations, logistics, compliance and business support. You will gain exposure to a variety of business functions, with genuine opportunities to progress into specialist compliance or operational coordination roles

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update compliance records, spreadsheets and documentation
Support export reporting, logistics administration and operational reporting activities
Assist with transport documentation and export paperwork
Coordinate and administer operational records and schedules
Monitor documentation accuracy and identify discrepancies
Maintain structured filing systems and databases
Provide administrative support across operational departments
Offer holiday and absence cover for logistics and weighbridge administration functions
Support communication between operations, logistics, compliance and administration teams

Skills
Strong administration and organisational skills

Desirable Experience
Logistics, transport or operations administration
Compliance or audit-related administration
