Transport Administrator (Temporary Contract)
Job Description
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday
Location: Office based – Felixstowe
Responsibilities may include:
Fleet stock control
Driver support and general administration
Running driver performance / MPG reports (Samsara) and sharing with the relevant stakeholders
Administrative support with compliance and local H&S matters
Office-based support to SJ / Gateway as required
Checking agency driver timesheets / weekly approved lists
Must have:
Previous experience within shipping, freight forwarding or haulage/logistics
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Advantageous:
Experience with transport/logistics systems such as TOPS, Truckcom, Destin8 or similar
