Equipment Flow and Yield Analyst
Salary £28,500 per annum subject to experience
Job Description
Reporting to the European Reefer Director, the main duties of this role is to be responsible for ensuring sufficient reefer equipment is available within all regions, create and monitor a quarterly Model-ship,  monitor the contribution of the regions to maximise the yield and also maintaining the route labelling.
Key tasks include:-
Manage the flow of RF equipment within EUT at optimum cost to ensure regions have sufficient equipment to meet OB demand, prioritising by contribution where necessary. Regularly monitor idle units throughout the cycle of the of the shipment including when empty.
Work with RFTHQ, EUT Regions and commercial team to ensure realistic Model-ship targets are set aligned with equipment supply. Continue to monitor performance on a monthly basis to further assist the commercial team. Make any dynamic adjustments as and when deemed necessary.
Continually monitor the contribution performance of the department using various reports. Make recommendations to the commercial team for best fit customers, whilst also reviewing the less desirable providing actions plans for improvement.
Using in house systems, produce weekly / monthly reports.
Maintain route labelling so that the correct and most cost effective routes are available
The ideal candidate must be able to work as part of a close team, have good communication skills and IT skills especially with Microsoft Office (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power-Bi and Word).
A good geographic knowledge whilst desirable is not essential.
