We have a vacancy for a Full time German Speaking Sales Executive to be based in Felixstowe, Suffolk
The requirement of this role is to generate new and profitable business for European Road Freight, Ocean Freight, Air Freight & Intra European Freight.
Job Role
Generate new business leads and opportunities by identifying potential clients.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services, including air freight, ocean freight, road transportation, customs brokerage, and supply chain solutions, to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and tailoring the message to their specific needs.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring our services remain competitive and relevant to our target market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, attending industry events, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client orders and resolve any issues that may arise during the freight forwarding process.
Regularly update and maintain accurate client information in our CRM system Hubspot, ensuring all sales activities, communications, and opportunities are tracked and documented.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
